Suggested Use of of Bell Shark Cartildge
3 Bottles are needed to take 12 capsules a day for 2-3 weeks. This is the experience of most people. Trying 1 bottle first cannot work and is not recommended.
Take 12 capsules of Bell Shark Cartlidge per day until 3 bottles are finished. Preferably 4 capsules with meals with a glass of water. Heavy persons should take more. Must be taken regularly.
Once desired relief is achieved, experiment with a minimum of 4 and increase to 6 per day as needed to maintain relief. There is generally an increase in relief in the long term. Past experience shows that discomfort may come without a small maintenance quantity.
